Concious connected breathwork can support all aspects of your wellbeing—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. In a personalised somatic therapy session, I can help you address your whole self, creating a more authentic, holistic healing experience. Embracing the messiness, feeling everything fully, rather than trying to get straight to a ‘high’ or further suppressing discomfort (those kinds of offerings are sometimes referred to as spiritual bypassing; I’m more about a realistic, long-lasting apprach).

Breathwork is a powerful tool for processing and releasing stored emotions. In a private setting, you may feel more comfortable letting go of intense feelings that can arise. You can dive deeper into emotional healing, and under my experienced guidance, you can process challenging feelings in a safe environment.

One-on-one sessions create an intimate space for self-exploration. You may become more attuned to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations during the practice. This heightened self-awareness can lead to a greater understanding of your habits, patterns, and areas in your life that may need attention or healing.

In this individualised setting, I can adjust the practice to fit your specific requirements, whether you're looking to manage stress, improve focus, or release emotional blockages. I can intuitively sense your needs and help you move through any resistance, getting to the heart of what will help you be more authentically you and find greater fulfilment in life.

Sessions can take place either at your home (if within travelling distance of South Manchester), my own space in Manchester (Didsbury), or over Zoom.
