She Loves Herself: A Breathwork Event for Reclaiming Your Inner Power
10% of sales will be donated to Tommy’s baby loss charity: a cause close to my heart. 🕊️
Growing up, I remember that"she loves herself" was often used as an insult—a way of putting down girls who dared to be confident. But self-love isn’t something to be ashamed of. It’s the foundation of inner strength, self-trust, and the freedom to show up as your most authentic self. ✨
Loving yourself is about more than outer confidence—it naturally blossoms within you when you're able to access rest, self-compassion, and give yourself permission to just be - whatever that looks like, taking off all pressure of 'perfection'. We live in a world that celebrates doing, achieving, and pushing through, but true confidence comes from feeling safe in who you are, not from constantly proving yourself. 💆🏻♀️
For those of us who have learned to mask—whether from neurodivergence (I have ADHD myself), societal expectations, or past experiences—unmasking is an act of self-love. It’s about stepping into spaces where you don’t have to filter yourself, where you can be seen and held exactly as you are. 💫
This International Women’s Day, take a moment to rediscover your confidence. 🧘💛
Join me for a transformational breathwork journey designed to help you:
🌹 Release self-doubt and reconnect with your inner voice
🌹 Cultivate confidence from within, rather than seeking it outside yourself
🌹 Rest deeply—because true self-love includes slowing down
🌹 Unmask and be yourself, with the opportunity to share freely
🌹 Find belonging in a supportive, like-minded community
🌹 Learn how to deeply support yourself in everyday life
Create space to let go of what holds you back through guided reflection, group sharing, and a powerful conscious connected breathwork practice. Within a supportive space, guided by a fully qualified facilitator in breathwork and somatic release, you'll reconnect with the self-trust and confidence that has always been within you.
