Hyper-Grounded Communities

This ADHD-focused workshop features breathwork, relaxed group discussion and guided written self-inquiry, in a safe space.

Led by a fully qualified and insured facilitator in breathwork and somatic release (diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-30s)

Need a break from your overthinking ADHD mind, to release stress and feel more grounded? I'm with you. Enjoy relaxed social connection in a safe space to unmask and be yourself, as you soothe your nervous system and feel your feelings.

This much-loved event is back. Join us for this special two-hour breathwork workshop for ADHD, under the guidance of a fully qualified, insured facilitator of conscious connected breathwork and somatic release. ✨

Where: Yoga Sangha, Manchester - The, Suite L2, Institute, Cheadle SK8 2BD

When: Sunday 3rd November, 3.30-5.30pm

What: Give yourself permission to pause and claim time for yourself, in an ADHD-focused workshop for stress release, balancing your nervous system and processing emotions. All those with ADHD are welcome, whether you’re officially diagnosed, self-diagnosed or just starting to figure things out. 🧘

Hosted by me, Rebecca Ryder, I'll be supporting you through a conscious connected breathwork journey, which has a range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. It's a beautiful tool for building a better relationship with our minds and bodies, addressing stuck pain and learning how to fully decompress. 🫁

Feedback from the last workshop: "Coming back home to myself - it took a while, but it came. I loved the venue, felt safe and intimate. Becky had a very gentle and calm way which was comforting."

"Really amazing session - thank you so much. I was expecting to feel more relaxed but was blown away by the breathwork. Regular sessions would be amazing."

" I think this is a turning point in my mental health / self-compassion journey, where I will now strive to include this kind of activity in my weekly routine. Thank you Becky!"

I am fully accredited and carried out training in the UK, Mexico, Spain and Canada, holding space for and supporting participants from around the world. I now love bringing this work to local communities, creating reassuring, uplifting and relaxing spaces for healing and personal growth. 🌬

Personally, I have found breathwork incredibly powerful for managing ADHD symptoms. It has been pivotal in navigating a better relationship with myself and others. It's now an essential practice for looking after my mind and body, noticing the signs of stress or burnout before they arrive and no longer feeling overwhelmed by my emotions. 💆🏻‍♀️

We will also chat with each other about our experiences of ADHD, and I'll explain more about the specific benefits of breathwork for ADHD symptoms.

Hope to see you there 🥰
